Can we take your  driver's ed class if we live in another state like VT or NH?

No.
 You must be a resident of Massachusetts to take driver's education at our school.
 You must also have a MA learners permit to take lessons in our driving school vehicles.

Can I come to my observation or driving lesson without my permit?

Accepted Answer

No. You need your state issued permit for ALL LESSONS! 
It must be your paper copy not a picture on your cell phone. 
If you come to your lesson without a permit your lesson will be marked as NO-SHOW and your account will be charged $50.

Does JaDuke Driving School issue permits?

The MA RMV issues your permit. When you turn 16 years old you can make an appointment with the RMV to take your permit exam.

"My son finished his driving lessons and observations today. Can you book his road test now?"

Accepted Answer

We will  book your road test as close to your eligible date as possible. Drivers can book their road test 6 months after their permit issue date, not their birthday.

"Do I take the road test at Jaduke Driving School?"

JaDuke Driving School schedules their students road tests at the Greenfield RMV located at 18 Miner St, Greenfield, MA 01301.

"Do the JaDuke driving school instructors conduct the road tests?"

Accepted Answer

An RMV examiner will conduct the road test. In addition, a JaDuke Driving School instructor will act as your sponsor. The sponsor sits in the back seat behind the driver during the road test. You will use the JaDuke car on the day of your road test.

"How much does a road test cost?"

Accepted Answer

Massachusetts has a license issue fee of $50 and a $35 road test fee.

These RMV fees are NOT INCLUDED in the Driver's Education Package.

If you are not able to pay your RMV fees because of an Identity Verification Letter, you may pay your fees on the day of the road test at the RMV.

"My daughter is a great driver. Can I schedule her road test before she goes to college?"

Drivers in Massachusetts who are under 18 years of age cannot receive their license until they have completed a Driver's Education program like JaDuke Driving School. You can sign up for a Driver's Ed Class when you have turned 15 and 9 months.
